Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago West-O'Hare Arpt Area, an IHG Hotel 200 South Mannheim Road, Hillside, IL 60162

"This is a huge hotel with great potential, but it needs some TLC. The check in encounter leaves a poor taste in my mouth. The front desk personnel was very unfriendly and to the point. It could be that she was having a bad day. The elevators were dirty and dusty, I later realized that the 4th floor was under renovation."

"Furniture was outdated and in need of shampooing or the garbage. Sofa beds were broken in both rooms. Stains all over carpet all over hotel, besides needing vacuuming. The smell of second hand store thru out the hotel Made breathing difficult and had to open windows to let fresh air into the rooms. Made my reservations after hotel personnel knew about pool being closed and still didn't mention anything about it. Elevator kept having problems and was down at times. Worst experience at any hotel!!!!!!!!"

"Poor customer service and dirty . I reserved 3 rooms and all of them were dirty and smelling bad. We asked them a crip and high chairs for little ones they didn’t have them. Fridges had stains on it. It was too expensive as well"

"We've stayed at this location several times. It's clean, quiet, and central to what we do when in town. There is a hot breakfast including omelets, sausage, pancakes, and other. There are also a Fitness center and pool. The jacuzzi is reported to be permanently closed. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Microwave and small fridge in the room. It shares a parking lot with several businesses, including Target."

"Not worth the price. I booked in advance but it was still expensive for 2 double beds and the quality of my stay. Continental breakfast was better than most places for options but all the drinks in the machine were warm. Parking was free and it has a microwave and mini fridge. Rooms were dirty, stains on carpet and furniture. Mold was on the showerhead and underneath the soap ledge, plus some of the bottles for hand soap were broken, luckily body wash worked. The phone in the room didn't work as it didn't even have a cord to plug into the wall. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub but it was closed. If I knew that I would have gone somewhere else for cheaper. Motel 6 probably. Didn't go into the pool because they are always cold and it's October. Check in and out was fine, staff seemed to be friendly. I'd say if it was $30-50 cheaper it would've been worth it. Hotels are too expensive nowadays, quality and amenities don't match the price."
