Days Inn by Wyndham Pontoon Beach

"The manager is the most rude irrational money hungry person I've ever encountered. He doesn't honor rates given by Wyndham which is the brand they represent. Then you may as well count the $50 deposit in your rate because he will nickel and dime it out of you saying the towels are stained, etc... yes I cleaned up a coffee spill with my towel, now you're keeping $50? Gtfoh. Worst experience in years."

"It's clean and there's no bugs. It could use some updating, but it's a nice place. Gary and Justin are amazing. I've been all over this country and had some amazing customer service, but these guys are over the top! Thank you so much for everything. I really had a great time."

"Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Decent TV and selections. Customer service was good. However, no breakfast at all, the room had a bad odor, refrigerator leaked a little and made noise, hairdryer didn't work, (don't know if microwave and coffee maker worked because didn't attempt to use and no coffee or tea bags) toilet was coming loose, base of toilet was dirty, and on Sunday morning we found several live cockroaches. I would've liked to get in the pool, but it cloudy. We do not plan to stay again."
