"Although part of the SeaView complex, access is limited due to iron gates and area being fenced off . Best bet is to enter woods just past JCC and hike about 1/8 mile . The Sanitarium itself is in decrepit shape with top floors rusting away. Asbestos also is building not recommended for entry. Several other buildings on site similar to nearby Farm Colony ."
