"They seem like incredibly nice people and this is more of a suggestions than a complaint or review. :To remember that there is a person in an 18 wheeler out in the street waiting and it would have been nice if someone came out to let me know. However, I do appreciate them working with me everytime I asked about what was going on. Still, very considerate and some drivers may not even care. I went in and asked if I had the right place, they said yes and told me to back into the dock. I let them know someone was in thw dock. The very nice lady I talked with smiled and let me know she would look into it. Which, she did and let me know that someone would be moving the truck in the dock shortly. 45 minutes later, I decided to go back in and see if I could possibly help with anything. The very nice and very considerate lady asked me if I would like to follow her into the warehouse to see what was up. The 2 gentlemen in the back informed us that they were loading the truck currently in the dock. That's the heads up that would have been nice. But I was still informed about it after I asked. It's just terribly rude to leave someone in the street in an 18 wheeler, thinking their going to be able to move very soon. I point out that it's an 18 wheeler because the lot is small and I personally didn't see any other way to go into the lot other than to back in off the street. I hope the right people see this post. It was meant to be nothing but praise. God bless!"
