"The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful in the TV area. I told him I was on their website earlier and had narrowed my selection to 3 of them. He told me the pros and cons of each one. I asked him if he were buying one of them, which one would he want. He told me the same one that I already had planned on buying anyway. That just helped me to know that I was making a good decision."

"If you like to see things before buying them to know you're not getting something in a smashed box, don't shop here. Drove 45 minutes to pickup a mini fridge and microwave that it says they have in stock. Was told it's for online order only. Absolute ripoff. Like I'm going to trust a best buy employee to not drop something like that in a pickup order."

"There is no one that is exactly for sure about the camera section as to what goes with what. I had difficulty because a sales person sold me the wrong lens for my camera and then they wanted to charge me a restocking fee for the return after it was their fault. The second salesman spoke to his manager and they waived the fee and ordered the right one to be delivered to my door. A credit was put on my account because the actual product lens I needed was $40 cheaper. I am thankful for the second salesman. He was patient with us and worked hard to get what we needed. I've never had a bad experience with Best Buy in all the years that I have done business with them. I hope they supply staff that has more knowledge about the cameras and their accessories. I give 4 stars despite this situation. The store is always clean and tidy. There is always staff around. However, they may not be the most knowledgeable of the products. From now on, I will do my research prior to going that way I have a better idea of what I need. There has got to be more staff with knowledge of products because if you spend $500-1000 on a camera and lens then they need to provide someone that knows what they are talking about as this is a lot of money. I had to make a special trip to return it. A restocking fee is ridiculous."
