I spent the money on bills and food because like most people I’m just trying to survive in today’s America. I didn’t get a phone call, someone showed up at my house for two days straight until I could call the store. I spoke with someone named Holly and asked if I could possibly bring a double cash payment in next pay day which was less than a week away to which she replied with a simple NO. Which to me seems pretty harsh since I have NEVER been late before. I understand we have items that we are paying to own but if you all could be a little bit more understanding when people fall on hard times and have a little faith in your customers word, that might be a good practice to adopt. Rest assured I will NEVER do business with Rent One again once I “own” my PS5."
