"What a rip off. We recently installed a new toilet and bathroom floor We had a hose that we bought to connect the toilet that we didn’t use. I returned it. My daughter went back home 3 hours away, she had the receipt. I knew I would only get store credit as punishment but I needed so flood was sealer that was ok. But then I found out that not only could I only get store credit I COULD ONLY GET HALF OF MY MONEY BACK!!! Not cool!! From now on I’m gonna be a Lowe’s girl. You’ve just lost my business over $3.19"

"We were in the Paint Department late evening, a week ago. We weren't exactly sure of the color or type of paint we needed. The young lady working was basically no help at all. She was more concerned about being on her phone the entire time. Thankfully, Austin stepped in to help us. He was super knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He guided us to exactly what we wanted. Excellent Customer Service provided by Austin. Grateful for Austin saving us!."

"Their service is probably sufficient if you don't need help or experience a problem with your purchase. Buy large appliances from them at your own risk. You can't go back to the store for customer support on the purchase. They will do nothing but give you a phone # to call."

"Almost every time I come in there or at least if I'm by myself. Even when I have on clothes. Thatt clearly state that I'm working construction. These people seem to follow me around like I'm gonna steal something. Places have gotten worse about this over the years than better"

"Had such a horrible experience here. Had to have a customized storm door done with a doggie door. They screwed it up so bad. After 3 months and 2 different doors we had to start all over again with a different company. It's been a nightmare. And they made n e feel like it was my fault. Never again will I shop here."
