Would have been helpful to know last week when we were in urgent care clinic over 3 hours with my son. I'm sure the Doctor is really liked that my son seen here,but the Doctor did not listen to my son,did not listen to me."

"My husband and I both received medical attention recently from this provider. The doctors and staff were caring and spot on with medications that we needed. "I waited over 9 hours to be seen. All I needed was a strep test. I had a terrible sore throat and my niece had tested positive for strep the day before so it was obvious what I had. My initial wait time was 2.5 hours, which turned into 3.5 hours. I left and came back twice and each time it was more time added for me to be seen. I have been very disappointed at the IU Health system and lack of availability in general since I moved here one year ago, but my experience with urgent care made it so much worse. My husband went to the WellNow Urgent Care on the west side and was seen in 30 minutes. I would have gone there but it was closed on Wednesday when I needed to be seen. I will not recommend IU Urgent Care to anyone."

"As urgent care goes, this place is pretty good. I appreciate that they let you get in line virtually so you don’t have to stay in the waiting room. My experience with different providers has been a mixed bag in terms of how well they listened, but in general I would say this is a good urgent care clinic. I would prefer that they have more MDs on staff instead of just nurse practitioners. Some NPs are great but if you have a more complicated situation, they may not be the best qualified to figure out what is going on. But I would not hesitate to go again if I needed it, and I recommend it to others."

"I can honestly say this was the best urgent care I have ever been too. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to being in a medical setting and was crying and stressed out the whole time. The nurse and nurse practitioner were so gentle, patient, and understanding. One of the nurses (a very sweet bald gentleman) even went above and beyond for me and gave me an “anxiety hand” (glove with hot water) so I could hold it while I was waiting. Very good experience."
