"I bought a coffee thru drive-thru. My order was: 1 Large Mocha Latte, No ice. However, when I was paying at window, I was told by the gentlemen that my total was $9.17. I asked him, "9 dollars for one coffee?" He then started clicking something on his screen, then told me "Okay, $8.09." I still feel the price is off. But I paid, and I asked for a receipt. On my receipt, above my drink, there's a "1 Local Item 4". I asked him what that is. He answered "That's what we charge for no ice". Also, for my drink, he added "Milk, WhpCrm, Mocha Drzl, HtChoc Top", which I did not order, and did not get in my drink. I feel I was treated in an extremely disrespectful way. And adding items which I did not order was simply stupid. And "that's what we charge for No Ice"? what kind of business is that?"

"A huge disappointment, I have never ordered from this establishment. In a nutshell I called in a large order, showed up next day to pick up and they had no record of my order, the whole time Mr Guy had a bluetooth earpiece and was having a conversation the whole time which was strange. I specifically asked for a mix of long johns, filled and sprinkled donuts and got a dozen and a half of CAKE donuts that appeared to be close to three days old. The glazes had a layer of moisture or ‘condensation’ on top. I guess I remember Dunkin being a great place to pick up fresh donuts, but it is not anymore. Never going there again."

"I had ordered a chocolate glazed donut and they handed me a warm melted glazed donut, not even in a bag, but simply on this thin piece of cardboard. I’m unsure how this quality is even acceptable along with the service. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning."

"I just got this thru the drive through. It’s the saddest thing ever. It’s suppose to be a cookie butter cold foam, they are stingy with the foam. I got this the second time thinking the first time it was an accident or something . They put the thinnest layer ever."

"We are from Singapore and we come here whenever we visited our child studying in Jacobs School of Music. We are very happy with the service, especially the coffee, although there was one time my wife did not get the order (cappuccino) after a while, but they corrected it and quickly prepared for her. Other than that, we are happy with the donuts, drinks and the nice place. Always clean. We got to know a lady who relentlessly cleans the place that should make patrons to enjoy sitting around. Everytime we visited the place, the couple owners, who seem to be husband and wife, always greeted us and so were with all the staff. Once in a while, unexpectantly they gave us extra donut on top of our purchase. Really appreciate what they did. We would encourage people to come and visit this stall of Dunkin, they serve the customers well."
