Starbucks

"i go here daily, it was my favorite up until today when a lady proceeded to escalate the situation instead of hand, me my drink when i placed my order 15 minutes ago & could see it in the drive thru line. her service was very unprofessional, and although she thought she was being slick, the only thing she did was make Starbucks lose a loyal customer and ran up the drive-through times. my problem more than anything was the attitude in the entitlement as somebody who has worked in fast food for four years you do not speak to a customer like that."

"I was staying with friends in Bloomington but they don't have coffee in the house so we drove over to this Starbucks so that I could get my caffein fix. The queue (line) for the drive in was quite extensive so we drove all around the place, parked in the free car park and walked in to my order of a large latte. You now have to ask for sugar/sweetener which is fine except the choice is so extensive it can be confusing. And they didn't have my usual brand of sweetener. Never mind. Service was prompt and given with a smile. All good."

"WHY in the name of all that is humane would you lock your bathrooms with codes?? What are your customers? cattle? It's degrading and against everything I thought starbucks stood for. What happened to inclusion and humanity? This is just sad. I'm so incredibly angry and disappointed."

"Want to thank you for what you done. I have had a crummy day today. A co- worker took orders from some of us. She brought back the order and passed them out. Right when I went to take a drink, there was a little sticker on the lid of the cup. It read, "You're a star". Lifted so much off my shoulders and out of my chest. Thanks so much for the little things you do, that are the greatest."

"Always fast, and good, consistent quality! I went here so much in High School, and would order ahead, and my order was almost always ready by the time I get there (about a 7 minute drive). I recommend ordering ahead, especially in the morning because they're slammed in the drive through! If you order ahead you're much more likely to be on time, if you're in a hurry. ALSO park in the back lot or you will get parked in. I got yelled at as a 16 year old in HS by a man parked in the drive through behind me, not a fun experience and I was late, simply because I couldn't pull out."
