"I won't stay here again. The place in general is pretty rundown. Rooms were below expectations for the price. Very limited amount of breakfast foods. If you need a room near here you would be much better off going to the Comfort Inn in West Memphis just a few miles away."

"We had a wonderful stay. We went on a sub zero hiking/camping trip in Deem Forest. Lasted one of the two nights. Called Quality Inn to see if we could snag a room. The front desk was amazing and put us in a room right away. GREAT breakfast had French toast, sausage and egg. I have zero complaints and only praise."

"Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel needs updating and would benefit greatly if properly maintained. We stayed there for 2 nights and housekeeping did not clean our room until we happened to see her outside the hall and requested that she emptied our trash and provide toiletries. She obliged without problems and without an attitude. Shower was draining very slowly. microwave in the room was horribly nasty and there was a reddish stain in one of the pillow cases. However, we didn't want to dampen our vacation so we thought we'll just adjust to the situation and make the most of the positive aspects of our stay there."

"The hotel was ok. Breakfast was good. The room needed cleaning. The beds looked made but when we went to go to bed there was something on one of the comforters that was brownish. We Pulled it off the bed and exchanged it for a blanket due to them not having any more comforters. Overall, things get missed and we are willing to stay there again. It wasn't a bad place, great location... great customer service and they tried to fix the issue"
