"90% chance they'll mess up your order in some way! Seriously, almost Everytime! Twice I've order the pretzel bun sandwich, because I like the bread, even though I would have made a smaller cheaper selection and I think 2 out of the 3 times I've order it.... Regular bread. If they're out, they're out, but let me decide, don't make the decision for me. Apparently looking in the bag before you drive away is not enough, you also need to unwrap your sandwich. I prefer Wendy's over McDonald's, but I'm done with this location which happens to have a McDonald's right across the parking lot."

"Wendy done did me dirty. She's not even trying to hide it anymore. I know shrinkflation has been a thing for years, but come on. I got only their "premium" spicy chicken sandwich and it costs $5.99+tax and you get a paper-thin patty. I used to order these all the time when I was in high school and the chicken patty was thiccc back then. I got nothing against the staff or location, but the corporation is getting greedy. I rarely eat fast food and when I do I like to go to the chains I actually enjoy. But my girl Wendy is playing."

"Stood at counter for about 10-12 min while 3 young employees were acting like fools. All 3 made eye contact with me, a bell rang when I walked in and there was no one in the store except my niece and I. After about 28/30 min we got the worst food.. I ask to speak with a manager but was told that the manager is only in the store at the start of the shift after that she "splits todo whatever"."

"Stopped in for lunch today. Had a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it was really good. The vegetables on it were actually good, and the chicken itself was extremely hot and really juicy. Have never had a problem at this location. Got my food in under a minute"

"Stopped in here for a quick bite of dinner last night. Staff was friendly but service seemed slow. Wasn’t given any crackers or hot sauce with chilli and waited for over 3 minutes for someone to assist me as they aren’t available on the counter to grab. The frostycinno while usually delicious just was subpar last night. Lacked the frosty flavor I was looking for. Honestly would have given it a two start last night if the staff weren’t at least polite and friendly. Even if slow."
