We paid for “room of choice delivery “ as it was to be delivered to second floor room. Delivery driver showed up by himself on delivery, my husband asked if he was going to help him get the pieces of the sofa to the “room of choice” which is on the second floor and the driver responded “they don’t do room of choice deliveries, only threshold deliveries and that he had a bad back and couldn’t help. ALL DELIVERY CORRESPONDENCE STATED ROOM OF CHOICE DELIVERY, PAPERWORK PHYSICALLY ATTACHED TO DELIVERY PIECES STATED ROOM OF CHOICE DELIVERY!!! We ended up having to pay to have our sofa moved out of our garage to our second floor room of choice. ZERO COMMUNICATION, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR REFUND FROM OUR REPORTS TO HACKBARTH HEADQUARTERS OR BBB. HACKBARTH DELIVERY SERVICE WILL COLLECT $ FOR A SERVICE THEY CANNOT/WILL NOT PROVIDE!!!"
