"Worst service, No responsibility! FedEx is Thief, can steal my package and no responsibility! My package was picked up at my apartment and then it was lost June 20, 2023. I wrote claim it’s August, they couldn’t find. FedEx should get responsiblity to compensate for the lost of my package they don’t do. It means any time when you send package with FedEx, they can easily steal because no responsibility. I provided all receipts of the goods. DON’T USE FedEx if YOU Want to Receive Your Package."

"Wish I could give them ZERO stars. The driver forged my signature on an EXTREMELY expensive delivery, even though some one was home. The delivery driver never even knocked or rang the bell. Just dumped off my package and left. Signing for a customer is never acceptable. People put delivery confirmation on high value parcels for a reason."

"Dealing with these people is worse than trying to get a package delivered in a third world country. They are the office that delivers to my address, and they've been sitting on my package for 4 days. My son is going to miss his birthday present because they can never get it together. And it's not just this delivery. They screw up every single time. They'll leave your package out in the rain, by the road, or on a trash can. I've had them deliver packages to my house at 1am. Once they delivered my item to my neighbor and my package sat on her porch for a month while they denied my claim for the lost package. Horrible service in every respect. Avoid FedEx like the plague."

"Dec 06, package was sent to wrong address. I went to your location talked to the supervisor who took my phone number. He stated he would contact the driver and give me a call. I never received the call.I contacted your customer service the next day. (Dec. 07)The rep. stated the package was sent back to the wrong address again and would send information to the office for someone to call me. (Again no call)Dec. 08 I went to your office again and I talked to the same supervisor who claims he didn't remember me, and asked for my tracking number, he comes back and stated the package had been sent back to the wrong address. He stated the driver was still at the warehouse and asked for my phone number again and have the driver give me a call. Lets see if I get a call today.(very poor EI skills) let's get 0- 3 your out! My prediction"

I wish I could say this is satire... unfortunately, FedEx has delivered the last 4 packages to the wrong house and/or the wrong street. Thankfully I have honest neighbors and was able to recover my purchases. Save yourself the headache and go with UPS or, sounds crazy but, USPS."
