"I see I am not the only one with issues. I had a perishable food subscription that has been delayed over 4 days now and despite my contacting customer service they continue to delay it. When I called customer service and they called this facility the management team on-site basically told the CSR to tell me it was on the truck even thought the tracking says delayed. They know this is not on the truck, so basically they are telling customer service to lie. I have now cancelled my subscription because of FedEx."

"I know weather was a major factor in delay of our PKG but now they have no idea when I will receive or when it will be unloaded and even scanned"

"Ordered 2 packages from the same shipper, both packages traveled to the Madison warehouse together. One package has been delivered and the second one is still supposedly on the truck with tracking information showing the delivery is pending. Of course customer service is no help at all so if possible, use a different shipper and avoid FedEx."

"I ordered a package and it has shipped perfectly until reaching Madison facility. My son's package has been on a FedEx truck since Sunday morning at 3am and was supposed to be delivered Monday and still has not been delivered and is still showing that it's on a FedEx truck . It's been pending delivery multiple times now !!!! I called customer support and was supposed to have a call returned 2 days ago and still have not!!!! Pure laziness!!!!"
