"I have been going to this location for several years and unfortunately am updating my review from 5 stars to 2 as it has really gone downhill. It is hard to find a treadmill that actually works. Just because it turns on, doesn’t mean it’s functional. Most of the buttons are broken so you can’t adjust the speed or incline. The hand sanitizer and sanitation wipe dispensers are always empty."

"Pay attention Corporate!! This place is horrible. In addition to being filthy, It has not opened on time for several days in the past few weeks. I'm not talking 15 minutes late...three/four hours late. I saw an old guy pee his pants in the parking lot today because nobody from LA fitness showed up to work and he had to make a choice of using the parking lot as a restroom or pee in his pants. Poor guy...I am so angry the management of this place doesn't seem to care about customers anymore. Shameful."

"LA Fitness does not open on time hardly anymore. They need to make it 24/7 access or I may have to move my membership elsewhere. Cannot keep wasting my time and money on a gym that cannot be open during the hour I get"

"We really wanted to join this facility, since it has a lot of machines, cardio and a sauna. We had heard and knew good things about LA Fitness in other states/regions. However, after using the 3 day pass, we discovered how dirty the machines are, a lot of the cardio machines are broken, and on the last day of our pass, we were sitting in the sauna and saw a cockroach!! We bolted out before getting to take a picture of it in fear there were others and didn't want any getting on us. I told the worker at the front desk about it, my mother asked if they have someone that cleans the sauna everyday and the worker informed us that no one cleans the sauna...EVER! The worker claimed they're trying to improve the cleaning, but they're short-staffed, and said when they started awhile ago, the bathrooms were filthy but they since improved those. I completely understand being short-staffed in this economy, but if a place can't be run properly, safely, and up to code for public health, then it shouldn't be allowed to run at all."

"I’ve been a member for years.. went to reactivate my membership & Cenoa was EXTREMELY RUDE & impatient with me. She contacted her manager Esther who was just as rude & impatient with me asking questions. Overall the gym is nice I love the sauna & yoga classes as well as Pilates. It’s just the customer service I received that completely threw me off. Anywho the gym is nice"
