"Attended Billy Ocean music concert, had balcony front row seating. Parking garage easy entry but exit had no apparent personnel directing outbound traffic. Fortunately not a huge garage so self-help and patience abounded but really only one exit lane? Entry was quick to be ticketed and security screened. A lot of milling around and side hallways, found refreshment counters well in the rear area away from front entrance. No one knew if any merchandise sold (not). Insufficient seating in waiting areas but that’s the norm. Auditorium acoustics good! Seats comfortable and balcony seats not too close to overlook railing but no place for beverage holders! Enjoyed the venue would do it again. ."

"We had a awesome time at the nutcracker. We parked at the parking garage so we didn't have to walk a long time. Staff was very friendly. A awesome place to watch a show."

"I had a great time seeing the Jinkx and DeLa Holiday Show! My only feedback is that it was difficult to understand what the performers were saying a majority of the time due to the audio quality in the theater. I do think they could have more refreshment areas as well. Also, there was only one area to purchase merch and it was a very very long line. Other than that, I had a great time!"

"Traffic was a bit heavier than we expected but that was our fault. Didn't feel like $10 to park in the garage was bad. Clowes was great. The workers were helpful. It's a nice facility. We were in one of the left 3 boxes."
