"We called for service and were told that they could repair our 2 couches, but we would have to pay for materials in advance. Two ladies came to our house. They disassembled one couch and told us that they could not repair it. They then charged us $40.00 an hour for each person for 2 1/2 hours labor was $200.00, plus $75.00 for the trip, a total of $275.00, and the couches were not repaired. We will not be using them in the future."
