"NO SUITES. I reserved a suite (paying extra) was given a single room, not a suite. The front desk, though polite, said they don't actually have any suites or even adjoining rooms. But it was too late to go anywhere else, so I was stuck. What a nasty business."

"This hotel was completely renovated. Not only is the hotel beautiful on the inside but the rooms are extremely comfortable and very attractive. The lobby is beautiful and the dining area is so nice. The food was great, and there was a nice selection. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Room was very dirty with black mold growing in the bathroom and stains that could potentially be blood on the sheets and towels. Staff was really nice and it's a good location, but room quality is about the worst I've ever experienced in all my years on the road."

"We showed up to the hotel which was currently under major construction. We were told it was not pet friendly even though the reservation told us it was. They had pet stations outside. The pool was closed and the fox was to go to another hotel. Jackhammering in the hallways not just construction. They also offer a breakfast which was not available. Even worse they were rude."

"Awful I've never been treated as worse as I have here. Do not stay here you'll be discriminated against for a service animal. Even though they have stations outside the facility. Rudest people will hang up on you over concerns. Worker chased my husband and service animal. Then didn't like being told where to go. Smoking in the stair well is unacceptable for a employee. She was mad she got caught stinking up the first floor with her carcinogens."
