"Hi, I come to this location pretty often. The staffing here are considered a bunch of careless people, they don’t even make your order until you get to the window (considering there’s 4 people in the kitchen always when I’m here), the workers go missing half the time and it takes 10-15 minutes just for an order of a drink and sandwich. And they are so careless they once left me sitting in drive thru for 24 MINUTES because they forgot to hand my food out….and I was the ONLY ONE IN LINE!! If anyone reads this I would say not to come and eat here!"

"The actual worst fast food place I’ve ever been to. The incompetence here is unparalleled. Place was empty, ordered 2 meals and they managed to forget an entire meal. Then went back up to get it and it was wrong.. charged me for a triple, charged me for extra pickle. Asked for no tomato, got tomato, no pickles, and a double instead of a triple. The girl working the window joked that they take tips so I gave her a $5 tip and they still managed to completely mess it up. You’d probably have better luck at McDonald’s."

"Didn't get half of my food, what I did get wasn't good at all. There was chili dumped all over my garlic parm fries. Absolutely terrible food and service on this last visit. Very disappointed, I used to love Rally's and this location used to be very reliable."

"Pretty decent spicy chicken sandwich - 2 for $4 is the best deal around for a fast food chicken sandwich. My review is only based on poultry items, as I have never had a burger here, but I know folks that really like the Mushroom Swiss burger. Service is usually pretty quick (2-5 mins in the drive through) - I've never used the walk-up window, but I guess that's an option at some locales."
