"You might want to keep a better eye on the doors that lead out to the mall. My wife and I were there last night and we watched two ladies walk out the door with giant carts of unpaid merchandise. The alarm went off very briefly as they walked out but no worker walked over or did anything. They were able to walk out of the store one time with a huge cart for the merchandise take it to their car and then come back in and repeat the process a second time. Nobody stopped them and they got a lot of merchandise out of that store without paying for it."

"Was at the Terre Haute store around 11:00AM today (Thursday, 11/30/23). Ended up waiting in the one and only checkout line for 35 minutes. Two ladies working the registers until one left a line of 20 plus people to take her break. Meanwhile, the only other clerk that we saw in the entire store was consumed with putting return back on the shelves (as opposed to helping expedite the checkout process). Based on the awful experience, will never set foot back in the store. Am confident that the store likely will be gone before another Christmas! TERRIBLE SERVICE"

"Had an excellent experience with 2 employees while I was there. They went over and beyond to help me out in the jewelry department on several different occasions. I their names were Matti and Gabbie."

"Went around back to pick up my order. No signs, no phone number to call. Tried my phone. Found a number. No Internet service. Went searching for one. Found one. Clicked on guest. Kept saying there's a problem try later. Now that would be okay for most people, but I'm on oxygen, I use a walker and I have a broken arm. After about 30min. Someone came out. I got her attention and asked her if she could help me. She went back in and brought out a reluctant employee. I finally got my small order. Only an hour experience. I could have had the two hand towels mailed for $8.99. I'm 74, live in an assisted living. Seemed like a lot to me. Thanks for listening."
