"We were investigating a lot about mattress and bed, because of my lower back pain. I was thinking Amazon order would be easier way to purchase. But when I read 1 star review about any mattress it made me worry so much. So I decided to buy after experiencing it. I checked the review score on Google, and I found this place. I found Simmons mattress, with $599!!! OMG!! Candace suggested me platforms to get 5 year warranty, also gave me secret discount for pillows! I didn’t want to pay for delivery so she taught us to tight it on top of my car. It was amazing experience for us."

"The sales person was kind and knowledgeable. However never buy a $700 mattress without a warranty .... the mattress in less then a month started shifting, as the pictures try to show, one side shifted towards the middle of the bed while the other side started shift down. The real shame is, we really love the mattress, but it not last. Update I was in contact with the store, and was impressed with their customer service. They explain the issue with the mattress and how to correct it. I must admit I wrote the review without contacting the store, I assumed I was out of luck.
