"Repairman came on time told him the problem and he did a check of model number to see availability of part. He took bottom plate off dishwasher and he said because there was a plate across the bottom it was a big job and would have to come back Friday. When I questioned him why he couldn’t do it today he said it was too big of a job and didn’t have time. I checked several videos on you tube and all of them said it took around 45 minutes. Repairman was upset that I questioned him and left. He said I would not be charged for his time. I have had Trustworthy do work for me before and never had this problem."

"Mike and the team at trustworthy appliance were absolutely phenomenal called them to diagnose my washer found out the washers issues were gonna cost more than the actual washer, so not only did they have me a new washer the next day, but gave me a a great price and it actually works the way it supposed too. Not only that but the day before they were gonna show up my dryer started going out he diagnose that one at no charge. Gave me a discount on what it would take to fix the dryer had the parts in and fixed it with no problem. I didn’t have to wait a week or wait two weeks, he stayed in constant communication and showed up when he said he was gonna show up. He even reattached my dryer with a better vent than the one I had on it to give us more room in our very small laundry room. I highly recommend this company they did a great job. We’re on time and they were fair."
