"We used Exotic Era for our countertop needs during a recent kitchen remodel. I first went to the place of business to just look around and get some ideas of what surface type I would like. They educated me about types of countertops and then helped me narrow down my choice. Then, we worked with them through our cabinetry company to select, measure, and install the quartz countertop. They are professional and nice to work with. The gentleman who came to do the measuring was very precise. The boys that delivered the countertops are very strong and careful when bringing it into your home. We only had one seam and you can't even tell where it is. We highly recommend using Exotic Era Stone for your next surface project."

"I do hate leaving less than stellar reviews. I had a great start with EES. At install my sink was broken which they offered to pay for so zero problem there but they drilled the faucet holes too far back. My issue is when I spoke with management I was told it was my fault for supplying my own sink. This reason is why I post a review. The blame turned on me. Now you can’t tell me no one ever supplies their own sink and they do not have the professionalism to do it properly when they knew I supplied the sink. They did what they could with the back splash to give the faucet holes more room. However I could not install the drain that came with my faucet because there was not enough clearance and cleaning is a pain. Just bummed, it was my first time getting stone and even if it was a remnant it was still expensive and it’s a luxury to have spent money on."

"This is a top notch outfit. Their pricing and quality are competitive with anyone in Indy but the real highlight is the level of customer service we experienced in our own backyard.
