"I have been waiting since December 2022 to get a solid response for my replacement windows in my very expensive french doors (that have condensation in them now) and I am still getting the run around. I finally today feel like I might be getting somewhere and now I am told that I must wait because the Habegger representative has now gone on a week's vacation and I get it everyone deserves vacation but he could not just get me in contact with the person that can help me get this resolved since I have waited 3 1/2 months now? Seriously?? Customer Service here is HORRIBLE."
