"If I could, would give a zero, do not buy gift cards from here, if they do not work, and they do not care!!! Things get better, do what they tell you to do, and the gift card provider says it is Dollar Venerals fault. Lol, this place sells bad gift cards!!"
"When I think of Dollar General, I usually think of it as a ghetto store (not trying to judge or seem condescending, just how I used to view the store) being relatively drab with second hand products that are half opened on the shelves. Not this store. It seems to be managed well, being clean and somewhat pristine, products placed nicely on the shelves, and employees are kind and helpful."
"Not very happy with Dollar General lately. Not due to products. Customer service is near impossible to reach. Their machines do not accept my credit union debit card. I am being told by Visa they are out of date. Dollar General could care less. If it wasn't one of the few closer stores to home, I wouldn't care... I just wouldn't shop here. Now it seems I'm being forced to go elsewhere unless I have cash, which I never do."
"We went at 9:50pm and the doors were locked and the clerk saw us at the door. Perhaps she stops getting paid earlier too.I guess 9:50 in Leo is really like 10pm which is their posted hour of closure. We weren’t the only ones looking to shop. We went to Kroger at spent our money instead. I’m looking forward to the new Spencerville store. They may stick to the proper hours. This store is very small and older. There usually is a line to pay and you hope that you don’t get behind someone getting balloons. The parking lot is always busy as well."
"I have never really cared to go into dollar General as I have never had a good experience where words were exchanged with anyone. This location has been an exception to that apparent norm. The cashiers are very kind and accommodating."
