"My friend and I tried to attend this YMCA and from the start we were immediately thrown off with the level of customer service. I have a nationwide YMCA membership and was just trying to get a quick workout in during my lunch hour but was greeted with just two papers shoved at me with no explanation. My friend who bought a day pass asked for a tour and was immediately told no. When obviously it was our first time there so we had no idea what their setup was like. We really wanted to checkout the sauna and looked for any signs saying what you could or could not bring inside. Considering I have been to a fair amount of gyms with saunas I know rules are different for each one however there were no postings on this one. We were then told we needed to bring our leggings up to our knees by the lifeguard and take our shoes off which we both did. Shortly after another member comes in and lets us know that the lifeguard was too afraid to tell us that we need to have our socks off and leave the water bottles outside. She then proceeded to hover over us leaving us incredibly uncomfortable in an already smaller space. Safe to say I will not be returning if that is the first impression. I am fairly disappointed especially because if I was someone new going to the gym and that is how I was greeted I would be too afraid to ever come back since there was a lack of communication entirely."

"Everyone is friendly and I enjoy coming here when I can with my family. The steam room would break down each time I’d go in the past but hopefully it’s fixed when I go next time."
