Returns are never an issue and the customer service at the Valpo location has always been super helpful. I can pick up an order, return an item, AND have a Starbucks - never leaving the comfort of my car!"
"What's there to say? They consistently knock it out of the park when it comes to their home decor options, seasonal offerings and clothing. Toy department and kitchen department are also stocked with very nice items that are reasonably priced for what they are. The only two complaints I have are the cleanliness of the restrooms and the very long lines to check out."
"When you first walk into the store everyone is very friendly and greet you. As you get into the store you start seeing a ton of teenagers goofing off . The shelves are stocked in some areas but others it’s a mess. They have some cool collectors items by the electronics . The vinyl selection is overpriced . They have some cool wrestlers and LEGO’s that you don’t normally see at other department store ."
