"Kind of rude of management that they call people to tell them they have X amount of rewards to use on their next purchase before the end of the month. Only to not allow them to use said rewards at check out. This has happened MULTIPLE TIMES. But it's ok we can get reward-less items cheaper at Amazon... So that seems like a smarter option. No wonder office supply stores are dying off, when they are pumping customers full of lies just to get them in the store, fill up a cart, and then tell them well... no you can't use your rewards, but you can pay for everything we just rang up full price."

"We had to do a happy return, a service that Staples offers for quicker UPS returns. Obviously one of the workers aren't too happy about it because she was nothing but rude. Pam in customer service was extremely rude when telling me how to package up my items, I've done this type of return other times, but not at your store. Pam definitely needs to be retrained on how to deal with the public or put her back in the storage area where she doesn't have to deal with customers"

"They have a nice selection of merchandise and fair prices. The sales associates have always offered help at this store. And check-out is fast and easy."

"I went to have forms printed out for my job.....they were to busy to help with two ladies behind the desk...and 2 customers me and another.....spent 20 minutes sending from they said never got....no time to check if I was doing it wrong.....even asked a manager for help....no deal....WENT TO UPS STORE FORMS PRINTED ON FIRST TRY OUT IN 5 MINUTES..."
