"Customer service lady who did my return last night 2/15/24 around closing time had nothing but attitude. It was 20min before close and the return takes 1 minute. Not sure which boyfriend/girlfriend may have upset her but no reason to take it out on a set of customers."

"A 15 minute wait in line today to check out for one item. There were a lot of Best Buy employees standing around at the front of the store talking to one another while a single Best Buy employee checks out a line of people. Not any sense of urgency to help customers but plenty of time spent leaning against walls and the front security stand on their phones or chatting with each other. Not only were they not helping their customers but not helping their fellow employee with a line of customers. It took two frustrated customers separately coming up asking for another cashier to finally get someone to help."

"Don’t know what’s up with this place in the last year I used to go to Best Buy all the time for all my electronics but lately in the past year the customer service has just been the worst. Especially down to simply checking out. When I head to the check out to buy anything I always get these older ladies that seem to be upset with me like I inconvenienced their day by buying something. At first I thought well they are old and probably having a bad day but I mean it has been this way every time! It’s just weird. Also when I went to buy a new phone because I have Best Buy total tech the people at the phone service literally rolled their eyes and argued amongst themselves on who was not it to help me because it was to much work. Then the guy I got told me maybe I should come in the morning to get a new phone instead (with adding a new line) because it was going to take past closing time to do it. That was at 4pm on a weekend. I just went to my carrier they did it in like 20 min. There has been many other instances and I’m at the point that I’ve decided that I’ve given that place enough chances. I’m going to let my total tech run out and just shop off Amazon. Prices are the same if not better and I don’t have to deal with the inconvenienced customer service."

"Went to this store specifically to gain a better understanding of something they carry. I was willing to pay a little more to buy it here instead of online. Had to wait for assistance for a few minutes, then the associate said he didn't know and proceeded to look it up on his phone. How nice, wish I had thought of that. I went home, researched it more myself, and bought it online for much less the next day. I geuss at least they were nice."

"Found a great deal on a Sony speaker. I was wanting a decent speaker for outside while kids are swimming. I tested all of the speakers at best buy and found the right one for my needs. It's nice to try them instead of buying online and not know what you're buying. Thanks Best Buy..."
