"Unbelievable terrible customer service. Antwan took care of us when we walked in, we scheduled a move for Feb 16 for a sofa and coffee table with a price tag of just under $5K. To our surprise the coffee table did not come in. When my sister in law called the store the manager Elizabeth was not helpful and insisted to talk to Antwan. After hours of waiting Antwan finally returned the call and the arrogance and egotism in his voice was honestly disgusting. He stated he does not make mistakes, he takes highly offense that we “accused” him of agreeing that the coffee table would be delivered with the sofa. The way he spoke to us was like he was God. I am highly disappointed that my SIL was treated this way and SHOCKED that crate and barrel would speak to a customer this way. Disgusting behavior by Antwan and the manager Elizabeth. Highly negative experience."

"Antwan is the worst associate in this store. Should be jobless based on his entitlement and disrespect shown during my experience. Antwan lied about my delivery date and items that would be included for the delivery. The most attitude I have seen from anyone at a furniture store EVER."

"Although we couldn't find what we were looking for, Angela was amazing. Very good customer service! When ever and if ever I need to attend a crate & barrel, she, and other employees like her are the driving force to retain great business. P.S. the first floor staff offered to hold my items from another store while I shop. I wasn't sure if they were trying to help, or help the store loss and prevention team. It felt a bit odd."

"Attended to a presentation about fashion and right after I walked around and saw many nice things to consider. Between a book shelf, Marshall speaker and other things for my office, they do have nice things. The prices are some higher than expected but others are very reasonable due to the craftsmanship. They do have parking and it's on a convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful."
