"Horrible experience! I brought a cushion to be re-upholstered in early October. Tim gave me a price and let me know it would be done within 3 weeks. Over six weeks later when we contacted them, we found out they hadn't even touched it. Then got a text saying it would cost an additional $50 because a seam had to be hand stitched. Needless to say, I picked up the cushion and will take it somewhere else."
