"Knew about Kirkland's but had never been in there. Nice items for great prices but horrible customer service. Not one employee said one word to me until I got to the counter and she was a bit rude. I was in the store for about half an hour admiring all they had. An employee straightened pillows and a display right next to me but not a word. Two other women walked up to admire the same thing (that didn't look like me) and the employee greeted them immediately, asking if they needed help. I like the store but will not recommend this location nor will I return. Seems that only a certain type of people are welcome."
"Love the store experience. The website sucks. I have attempted to order the SAME product 3 separate times - when the website says it’s in stock- and it keeps getting cancelled; because customer service says it’s not in stock. Why does this keep happening? Someone needs to do better. Will be shopping in store only from now on; which is sad because online has some very cute items."
