"Bought everything at 6:30 pm, it was all delivered by noon the next day! Bill the owner is a very humble guy and was even had people calling me and touching base after I first came in there. As someone who works in sales,I was so impressed with Lisa following up with me and thanking me for the business. The delivery driver Robert was the one who was there when I did the actual purchase- he's awesome! Robert and Andre delivered everything and we're super cool and polite. The entire process was light and fun! They were not pushy at all! Honestly despite the nice prices, I would use them again just because of their customer service and work ethics. "Finding the perfect couch can seem like a daunting task when you factor in price, size, color, and comfort however this item had all of these combined. i was able to purchase on layaway and I also received a discount; worth every penny. I ordered this set late October and set a date for delivery at that time and as discussed it arrived to my home on that date. I can’t say enough about the delivery men. They came in and set up my new couch in no time and discarded the packaging, they even moved the old couch to a new location in my home. The piece is even more beautiful and plush in person, it’s pretty bulky yet sturdy and the quality is just so nice. The ability to customize was the deciding factor for me. I fell in love in the store and after living with it for a couple of months, i’m still in love. I’m thinking about adding another seat. I’ll definitely shop with Furniture Depot again!
