"I always enjoy my stay at this Hotel it always ends up being an interesting adventure. When I return to the hotel the staff is always superb and always does their very best to make sure everything is up to par for their guests."

"I do not understand how this hotel has such a high ratings. My partner and I travel for work and stay exclusively at Hilton properties in up to 15 different states across North America. In a calendar year, the time we spend at these properties collectively adds up to about 3-4 months. Naturally, earning Diamond Member status, we always request a late check-out at check-in, but when we arrived, we were told by the desk host that he "was not authorized to make those decisions." It was a bit unusual, and we were exhausted, so we went to our room and went straight to sleep. The bed was very hard, in my opinion, compared to other Home2Suite locations. The pillows were also lumpy. When we went to get breakfast, there was no coffee available. We thought, surely it will be refilled, but nope! It was empty for a good 30 minutes. I had to bother room service for some extra coffee packets. Whoever the woman is that works the front desk during the day is in the wrong line of work. She is disrespectful and inconsiderate, and if she is making decisions for this location, she is losing business."

"Ten minutes after booking our room while traveling on the hwy we realized it was the wrong location. We quickly called back to explain our mistake and cancel but were told “sorry you have to inform us 24 hours in advance”. They refused to help out for a simple mistake."

"My family of 6 staying in a double queen room with a pull out sleeper sofa. I called down to the front desk for more towels due to only having 4 towels. The woman started asking me how many people were staying in my room and drilling me about why we needed more towels. That they do not allow parties. Never in my life have I been grilled about extra towels. Then we go to the hot tub whole reason we stayed here and it is broken and the pool is so small! We will not be staying again."

"The rooms are not bad. Hotel is clean. There is parking. Overall a good place to stay. My problem is limited number of suite rooms and the price per night. It's not always possible to get one of the suite rooms that are great if you have young kids. My other complaint is the price per night - recently at 230. For that money I'd expect a hotel in New York or to be paying for an Airbnb in Terre Haute."
