"It is with great reluctance that I must express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by the furniture store in question. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone, not even those with whom I have a strained relationship. I had requested a refund due to the delay in furniture delivery, but the store's delivery personnel only contacted me when they were outside my residence. They did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door, nor did they make any other attempt to alert me to their presence. Despite their lack of effort, the store quickly accepted my payment. Furthermore, I found the staff to be discourteous and unprofessional. One would expect a company to go above and beyond for its paying customers. Still, this establishment refused to grant me a refund, citing a policy of not issuing refunds under any circumstances. I urge caution when considering this establishment for your furniture needs."

However during delivery they set up the furniture and left the trash everywhere after i asked them to take it outside. even though there is a dumpster DIRECTLY in front of my building right outside my FIRST floor apartment. Called the store and was answered by the manager who disregarded my complaint and responded in a rude tone.will not be buying from here again."

"Do not purchase any furniture from Them they is inconsiderate and rude. My mattress didn’t fit the frame of the beds at all and I paid $140 each for just a tip twin mattress and it doesn’t fit the Frame of the bed at all.. Once they get your money they don’t care about you. I’ve bought plenty mattress and bunk beds and they never fitted like this"
