"Customer service was horrible. Went to the bar to get napkins and told they didn't have any. Also asked to get a hookah, was told someone would come to the table, sat there for 20 minutes and no one ever came meanwhile the 3 bartenders was smoking a hookah and on their phone. Wasn't but 8 people in the lounge. My first and last time coming."
