"The rating keeps dropping, this Sam’s should consider themselves lucky that Google Review doesn’t have zero stars. The staff members prefer to just standing there, chatting, playing around, than helping customers waiting in line. 7 people at customer service and one staff actually working, 3 other staff just standing there, earning wages by doing nothing. I have to say... I had a very bad experience in the Tire and Battery Dept. at Sam’s. First, no one called me when my tire order arrived, I’ve called several times and they didn’t even know they have this order so I have to stop by myself to ask and schedule a maintenance. One of the staff there is very unprofessional, he procrastinated my tire replace work and kept giving me bad news like he couldn’t take off my wheel and he accidentally punctured one of my new tire... I’ve wait 5 hours at Sam’s that day only got 3 of my tire changed. However, days after I stop by Sam’s again and the other staff there is very helpful, he helped me changed the tire very quick. So it’s not all bad."

"Take it from me don't use delivery service they are probably taking your stuff. Fr I'm sorry sams but I'm dropping the star from 5 to 3 and only because I feel I have to at this point. I just signed up for your credit card as well but if I won't receive the items I pay for then I'm just going to be done with it. See what most everyone fails to realize is everyone has a camera system now a days and when you tell me my packages are delivered when they are not and I have my whole driveway and house on camera no one ever pulled into my house . either you got some addresses mixed up or someone (delivery service/driver) did not deliver. I will not be getting delivery service again also got charged 8$ delivery charge with and 6.50 tip on a 36$ order also I only live 1.2 miles away from sams but my daughter is not feeling good. First time and last time that will happen. Oh and you got that easy 50$ and your welcome. Won't happen ever again!"

"Tires are not the deal they appear to be. I bought a set of 4 tires about a year ago (road hazard is included!). I got a nail in one of the tires. I went to the tire center to have the tire serviced. I had let my membership lapse. They informed me that since my membership had lapsed they would not honor the road hazard. Really? Unreal that you have to keep paying them to keep your warranty in force. No more tires for me from Sam's Club! Try Discount Tire right across John Hawkins Parkway."
