"One of the best Grouper Sandwiches I’ve ever had! I recommend it blackened. Their sweet potatoes fries go excellent with the grouper sandwich! Love their fried green tomatoes too, and if you like spicy their gumbo is delicious! Great customer service too! Mrs. Amanda at the bar is awesome! We decided to eat at the bar, and she was wonderful, knowledgeable and kept checking on us. Very sweet and welcoming. We’ll be back!"

"This place is awesome! Amazing food and awesome people. Owner is a kind man came up to the table and converse with us and had a good time. You can see the heart and love he has serving the dishes he created. The server Ashlyn was sweet and made sure we were taken care of. By the time my drink was getting low she was on the way over with a new one. Keep up the awesome work! If you are in town here you have to stop and experience it for yourself! 12 out of 10 that's how much I enjoyed my food and time here!"

"As a Tuscaloosa native Im a little embarrassed that it took me so long to visit here, and it was even recommended to us by our Scottish friends! The atmosphere was cool and a mix of modern and industrial. The music wasn't too loud and the prices were standard for a sit down restaurant. I ordered the shrimp and grits with a side of collard greens. I've never had collard greens with so much flavor and not a hint of bitterness! The shrimp was fresh and cooked perfectly, and the sauce for the grits was a perfect addition. The grits were soft, but not *too* soft. And my leftovers made a perfect lunch for the next day! While we were dining, one of the owners was sweeping and cleaning tables, while also making sure to visit every table to greet them. I have absolutely no complaints about this place, and I'll definitely be back!"

"This is one of the BEST restaurants in Tuscaloosa! Today I stopped in for a quick snack, however they have a variety of menu items. One of the managers always stops by my table to check on me to make sure I was satisfied with the order. If you are ever in the area, you have to check this place out! Friendly staff, fast service, and great food! Location downtown and only about 8 minutes from the University of Alabama."

"First time dining in on Saturday May 28,2023 and it was a great experience. We waited to be seated for two for about 40minutes which was to be expected since we didn’t make a reservation and it was a Saturday. The customer service was amazing from entering to place our names on the waiting list to the time we left after eating our meal. The food was delicious we had the salmon with broccoli and the glazed pork chops with greens and white rice. We also had the shrimp dip and strawberry salad! There was a gentleman walking around asking everyone how their experience was going which added to the excellent customer service we received. Rated 5STARS see pics!"
