"Poor communication. I tried to support a shop owed and operated by POC. I almost began to regret it The overall work was done very well. I appreciate the work being completed. However, shop had my car 5+ weeks with no end goal date. I had to just pop up and ask for my car as calls and text were ignored. Dissatisfied with the the process when it comes to communication. This is an old school schop that doesnt rely on computer technology as far as paperwork. But thwy get the job done! This is a Cash only establishment I paid out-of pocket I decided not to include (or use) my insurance for coverage. I'm not sure if that would have made any difference in this process or transaction. I would stil recommend"
