"Went to the autozone website all the items i needed were in stock there was a deal to have it NEXT DAY DELIVERY i opted for this to save money almost immediately after purchase recieve email that package is running late and will be 5 days before delivery completely upsetting all tinelines and plans i had seeing as it was a necessary part truly upset with this experience and have recieved no response from support despite several attempts"

"There is a man in the store named José who is a manager and has Hispanic descent who would be very useful to be bilingual to help all the people who go to the store who do not know how to speak English but on the contrary he has made me feel bad. He has made me feel discriminated against for not knowing the language every time I go to buy the store I talk to him in Spanish and he answers me in English and I say I don't understand you talk to me in Spanish he gets upset with a bad face and it makes me feel afraid and It makes me feel discriminated against. I live nearby and I always have to go there. I hope he is not there because I prefer to use my translator with a person who really takes good care of me."
