"Delt with Nick on replacing king pins. Horrible experience. Was quoted $800 then called saying it was done and I owed $1800. No call letting me know it'd be over double the quote. Paid, got home and noticed the camber was off over 1". Took it back to them. They called later and said THEY PUT THE SPINDLES ON THE WRONG SIDES. Didn't even check the alignment afterwards. Whatever you do do not deal with Nick, horrible customer service and seems to never even be at work. Long time customer, won't ever be back."

"Had a front end alignment, ball joint and idler arm done at this shop. Work was done fine, however I did my shocks the next day and noticed the engine splash guard had been ripped out on both sides (in order to reach alignment points is my thought). Four days prior to taking to this shop, I did my own plugs and wires...so I know the splash guards were there before. Talked to the mechanic and he claimed they wouldn't have any reason to even reach in there for the work done. When I mentioned the alignment he said they didn't need to make adjustments there for my truck this time around. I think this is that mechanics standard practice and he just got busted this time by someone that does their own work. Liked the shop at first, but can't trust them now. Maybe he didn't rip those splash guards out and its just really coincidental timing.....but seems fishy to me."
