"Took my children in the store today and told the both of them they could pick one thing each. My child picked up an item and said “look mommy it’s Wednesday” the unprofessional, rude, nasty employee. Bent down got in my child’s face and said “yeah, look with your eyes not your hands” as I told them to pick something out. Then she proceeded to snatch the item from my child’s hand that is 4 years old. Remind you neither of my children was messing up the shelves or being crazy. My child simply has one single item. The cashier was sweet when we walked in. And when the other employee said that to my child, the cashier looked at me like a deer in headlights. As she was in disbelief her coworker had the nerve to do what she did. Unacceptable! We spend too much money here to be treated like that!!!!!!!"
"I don't like to get bad reviews based on experiences however, I took my mom there to get her ears re-pierced. She is 80 years old and one of her holes had closed up so this was a big deal. I had to get it done again the woman first of all could not find the right earrings and said she was not able to do it and then she did it, but didn't seem like she knew what she was doing, culminating in hole being way off work not at all parallel to the other one"
