"I hadn’t had my hair done since before covid. I fell into a nasty depression and finally pulling myself out of it. Feeling good about caring about myself again. I saved up money to get my hair done bc I just wanted to feel pretty again… I cried for days, and I paid over $200 for it. I asked for Carmel balayage.. something more natural. It’s fine I didn’t get what I asked for, but she butchered my hair. Now I have to wait and save up money again to find someone to fix it. I don’t make a lot of money, so this was my “feel pretty” for the year. I guess I asked for too much."
"Kaitlyn was great with suggesting things I should do, being that I was nervous about cutting my hair. She did an awesome job and was pleasant to talk to as she cut. She offered suggestions as to what she thought would look good, that I gladly took. My hair turned out amazing! I definitely recommend her!"
