Before giving the online review, I reached out to the company twice to give them an opportunity to either correct or refund the service (their choice--I just didn't want messed up nails for which I had just overpaid). They made it clear that they don't care about clients once they've been paid. I had been coming here for a long time, but I'm now in the market for a salon that provides a good service. It was infuriating to spend $80 and come home with this...."
