"Went in for a bleach and tone, left with super brassy hair, it took over 5 hours… to just touch up my roots, and my hair was still wet when I left. Very blotchy, found bleach still on my face, and overall a poor job. Don’t recommend coming here if you’re looking to lighten your hair. No styling, poor time management…. Charged me for two separate tones because she didn’t leave the first one on long enough. She told me to go home and put some purple shampoo on it… “that should fix it”… I didn’t pay you so that I could go home and fix it myself…"
