Parc at Grandview 3545 Grandview Parkway, Birmingham, AL 35243

"I am not actually a resident, but went to Parc at Grandview in somewhat of a frantic state on 11/3. I was scheduled to move into Cahaba Grandview, an unassociated apartment complex, on 11/2 but when I did the walk through it was not a renovated unit as was indicated on the lease. Jasymn and the manager, Keyana (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) went above and beyond to show me several units. They went through their list of properties and did their best to find something that I could move into fairly quickly, and also met my budget. The property was extremely nice and very well kept and you can tell they really care about their tenants. The only reason I did not choose Parc at Grandview was because it was not as convenient for my current work transportation needs. Great Staff, very nice property and a lot of options to choose from."

Despite my original apartment choice being unavailable, I’m grateful it was. Jasymn introduced me to the Sapphire floor plan, and I fell in love with it. "A great place to live. The grounds on the property are beautiful and the staff is helpful. It's a safe atmosphere. I've send police patrolling the area and they are friendly. The nights on the property are quiet, I was thinking it was going to be loud because of the college students. I would have given it a 5 star, but the rent is a little expensive, but apartment rent is going up every where."

"I lived here for 6 months. I can say I was very happy there. The property is well managed by a great team. Also the Parc is in a great location, near all the shops and restaurants (need car). During summer they have a nice pool area. It is pet friendly. I defenetly recommend it."

"The Parc is overall a great place to live. I’ve lived here a year so far and have had zero issues. Management is responsive and friendly, apartments are high quality and clean. I have never seen one bug. I’ve only had one maintenance need and they came out the SAME DAY I submitted the request. The grounds are extremely well kept, basically resort level gardens, bushes, flowers, etc. The pool is immaculate. Noise levels are very low for an apartment complex. Highly recommend the Parc and looking forward to renewing."
