"Stayed here because we were seeing a concert at the BJCC. When we arrived it was about half an hour before the concert. Traffic was chaotic and people were everywhere. I forgot my phone in the car when we had the driver park it. Leaving the next morning was much calmer. I did ask about room service and they told me they do not offer it. I thought a premium hotel would offer premium services. It was still an outstanding room and beautiful hotel."

"We’ve stayed at this location multiple times but the review is specifically for when we stayed Christmas evening. Latoria was by far the best front desk clerk. I always have a great experience with Valet. I’m not sure if it was because our last visit was Christmas evening but the food from Casey was delicious that night. Overall the stay was really good. My only issue is the towels are never as clean as I Desire."

"Booked by phone for a work trip. When I got here, it was an issue since my boss was not with me. Took some time to get my reservation in order. The manager helped though. Mini fridge in room was not plugged in. I had to pull it out of the closet and push it to a near wall to plug it in. It was very dusty as well as the closet space. Phone and remote had dust on them as well. It's not the best, but not the worst. I also couldn't get the phone to call out to call the valet desk to get my car and have it waiting on me."

"Racially profiled from the walk in. Not very welcoming at all. The room smelled musty and the carpets were so dirty they were plastered down basically. I requested to be upgraded from a traditional king room. I checked online they offer corner suites. The manager at the front desk who already seemed annoyed to have to deal with me did not advise that this was available. She said there’s no difference. I could clearly see other option on the hotel site. Never mentioned a corner suite.. Then upon check out I was charged numerous times because there was rose petals left on the already filthy carpet claiming a cleaning fee. I literally had to buy air freshener and candles to get rid of the damn odor. Clorox wipes on the stands and counters. I can tell they barely clean the rooms. They literaly needed to do the bare minimum. Which should be done after every guest checks out. No smoke no bodily fluids left behind no damages. Just a vacuum. Lazy as hell. The room was dirty to begin with. There’s no way. First and last time trying this chain. please report the money that was left in the room."

"Rooms need updating and be cleaned way better. A lot of Dust on bedside tables. A lot of residue on glass top tables. Broken/missing vanity mirror..only the broken arm for the mirror remained. Need towel bar in bath to dry towels. Hallway carpet needs serious replacement..very dirty! Restaurant/bar was good. Service was wonderful. Food was average to good. Burger was way over cooked but Salad was very good. Great location!!"
