"Rooms are nice but employees are rude. They could use a lesson in customer service but that could be said about most Hilton brand hotels these days. Interrogating people over a muffin isn't it. Although I don't really care but since I am here.. no water in the room like I was told and the bed wasn't made either. Bad look"
"I stayed in the conjoined Home2 Suites, but the bar/dining room needed another working terminal and another couple of staff. Management needs to be better. The employees on the entire property are working their tails off. Here's an example: I'll attach a photo from the 5th floor elevator area. So, I asked the question when the bartender finally waited on me. She replied that there were no drink specials."
"I'm only giving one star because Jeremy, was so sweet at the front desk!!! I'm a gov. Employee / Hilton Honors member and have stayed at Hiltons all over the US,... I was surprised to come to my room and find 2 roaches! I was in the suite. I immediately contacted Amanda for a refund who stated that it was out of her power I needed to speak with Stephanie! And all she could offer was a breakfast coupon... Not only was I insulted. I checked out this morning early.. Make sure you thoroughly check ✔️ those rooms. I've never encountered this"
"On the website it states that check-in begins at 4. We showed up about an hour early and understood that we had to wait until 4 to check-in which was fine. When 4 o'clock came around we and about 7 other groups of people showed up at the front desk to check-in only to be told that none of our rooms were ready yet and we would have to wait until the rooms are clean and available (At that time they told us that they could not tell us when the rooms would be available) This was frustrating as we had plans to be somewhere by 5:30 so were hoping to get into our room to change and freshen up before leaving. My husband and I both had to change in the hotel lobby bathroom and leave to make it to our plans ontime. When we got back to the hotel around 10 p.m. our room was ready and we were able to check-in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was also clean and very inviting."
"Stayed here for a quick weekend. Room was VERY nice and clean. Service was great. Parking was convenient. $15/day. I booked through a third party and wasn't aware. It was no biggie. Would definitely recommend!!!"
