"I would give this place 0 stars if I had the option. The hallways to the rooms have a foul odor. The facility has a roach problem. My family member has roach eggs in their clothes. The basement heat does not work. The facility has undergone a facelift on the outside, but is still uninhabitable on the inside. It’s not a way for a Senior to live."
"This building is a truly wonderful community. It is well managed and the residents (including my mother) absolutely love living there."
"The female security officer is the worst. She tends to overstep her boundaries. The place is not as clean as it should be on individual floors. They don't seem to care about people with physical limits...they are not allowed to drive motorized vehicles through the lobby...not right. The foyer is sterile and unappealing. It is not the New Pilgrim Tower it once was."
"My Aunt Mary live there it's a retirement apartments. She's 95 years old and all family members keep a check on her. 2 of 13 children still living and we make sure she has what need or want."
"Beautiful reretiteme building i am happy to have an Uncle there! Also they have a front desk, and security, so it is safe!"
